Apparently it has become a trend for girls to ask for breast implants for their 15th birthdays.  And even more shocking is that many parents actually pay for them!  While in the U.S. it is customary to receive bank loans for a house, education, or a car, here in Venezuela it is normal to receive a loan for breast implants.  This is how many people pay for plastic surgery.
